Sam and I are officially first time home buyers. We just bought a house in washington and we love it to death. It is 3 bedroom 2 bath and a nice big backyard. We are moving into it in 4 days. yippie. Sam is going to redo the kitchen cabinets before we move in. It is so awesome to finally own a home. I also just realized that i don't really know how to take care of a house. i mean i have a yard now and i don't even own a lawn mower. This could be a disaster.
